Returns & Refunds

If you are truly unhappy with your purchase and would simply like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not to include shipping, and the cost to return the item is your responsibility. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable. 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. No goods will be accepted for return after the 30th day. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only unused, undamaged, and complete items that are in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. 

Your item must be in their original packaging.

Friendly inspirations is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in loss or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover all expenses including the item and shipping costs.

In case of receipt of damaged goods please use our CONTACT FORM with the order number to initiate a replacement or refund.  Images of the received goods will be required to authorize the return.

When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card  (or original method of payment minus any processing fees) and the original shipping cost if applicable. You will receive the credit within several days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges
All approved returned items will be refunded to you via the same payment method used for the original purchase.  Exchanges for alternate items is not allowed.  If you would like a different product, please visit the website and purchase it directly.
